MEMBERSHIP FEE, COLLECTION The mondevier.club membership period is monthly, starts from the date of the first payment and lasts 30 days to 31 days, and is paid in one payment. Memberships with longer or shorter time frames may be offered. If, for any reason, mondevier.club or the Service dissolves, ceases to exist in its current form, or significantly changes its offerings, your access to the mondevier.club Service may be terminated. Please note that your membership fee may be subject to a "cross-border fee", as determined and issued by your credit card provider. We are not responsible for any fees charged by banks or credit card providers. A percentage of mondevier.club membership fees may include a donation to the mondevier.club Foundation. The mondevier.club Foundation will at all times cooperate with proven and reputable foundations and charities chosen by the mondevier.club Foundation. mondevier.club will allocate the donated funds to the mondevier.club Foundation. Mondevier.club membership fee is non-refundable and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to termination of your account by mondevier.club or you, or the indefinite termination, suspension or limitation of your account. Members will not be refunded for past time used if mondevier.club withdraws or changes any offer, promotion, mondevier.club events, member privileges or other benefits. In the event of a credit card chargeback or payment dispute for your purchase of the mondevier.club Service, you will be in breach of this Agreement and your account will be terminated. You can manually pay for mondevier.club membership from your own funds or wallet to start membership renewal, renewal can happen later after any free reward membership credit expires. You can turn off such automatic renewal by visiting the Account Settings page. Membership renewal fees may be automatically charged to the payment method we have on file, for the full amount of the then-current membership fee (excluding any previous discounts) on or about the day your current membership period ends. You will not be charged a membership fee if your account is canceled before your membership renewal date. If your membership renewal payment is unsuccessful, your access to the mondevier.club service will be suspended until you enter a valid payment method or until the next automatic membership renewal payment is successful. If your membership renewal is unsuccessful and you have not terminated your membership, you agree that mondevier.club will attempt to renew your membership through automatic billing. If your membership is not renewed within thirty (30) days of your membership renewal date, your account will automatically expire. mondevier.club reserves the right to review and change the membership fee at any time. The changed fees are only applicable upon renewal or new membership registration. If you have requested the termination of data deletion or have requested data deletion via GDPR requirements, rebuilding your account will not be possible. When using the website, our members expect confidentiality and transparency in the presentation and publication of information.
